The international conference of the project Adapt Northern Heritage is now taking place virtually on 5th & 6th May 2020, freely accessible to everyone online. The conference will explore impacts of climate change on historic places and how adaptation measures can help protect these places or manage their loss. Special themes of the conference are the cultural heritage in Arctic regions and of northern indigenous communities.

The conference offers themed sessions over the course of two days, with blindly peer-reviewed, scholarly papers given by expert speakers involved in cultural heritage management in both research and practice.
